The Substitutes: Test Comics

In order to get the look and feel of my webcomic before I start on it (planning on end of July/August or early Sept), I wanted to do a full page test to see how my colors, bubbles, and style treatment all looked together. I'm pretty pleased with the results, even if it's all just sketchy right now.

The Substitutes: A New Webcomic Idea

I'm pretty excited about my new idea for a webcomic, tentatively titled "The Substitutes," about a group of roommates from the normal world who suddenly find themselves in possession of 3 powerful magical weapons that were actually destined for someone else.

Femslash February

I've been so busy with school and work that I almost missed out on making a Femslash February pic this year (after doing 3 last year). But I just barely made the (completely arbitrary) deadline on the last day of February! Just needed a break to draw something fun for myself, and also: ROBOTS.

Fantasy Character Designs WIP

Using the time I have off from school to work on some old characters from a fantasy story I previously considered making my thesis. Rather than the usual medieval Europe-esque model, I wanted to try exploring other areas and cultures, particularly the hub of diversity that was medieval North Africa and the Middle East.

Jinx and Tonic: Visual Development

My thesis won't officially be due until next spring, but luckily my advanced perspective class has been helping a lot when it comes to fleshing out my cinematic moments and character design. Nothing is finalized yet, but at least I feel like I'm having some fun exploring the possibilities.
